As we all know how important food is to our life. Our body needs a sufficient food to move. Food is a very important part of our daily energy and nutrition. Food has a profound effect on our physical as well as mental health. However, Food is also play an important role for our glowing skin.

There are many types of food which are beneficial for our skin:

(1) Best Fruits: 

(i) Oranges and Citrus Fruits:

Oranges, Lemons and Grape Fruits are very good for our healthy and glowing skin. They are rich in Vitamin C which helps to remove dark spots on our skin.

(ii) Apples:

Apple contains a large amount of Vitamin A and C which protect us from free radicals impact. when we eat an Apple, our skin doesn’t age permaturely. A famous proverb about apple is “An Apple a day keeps the Doctor Away“.

(iii) Pomegranate:

Pomegranate is a fruit that made up of pulp containing substances such as Polyphenols and Anthocyanins.

Pomegranate improves our blood circulation throughout whole body. They also help us from oxidants and remove it.

Dates are rich in magnesium, copper and iron which are very beneficial for our healthy skin. Dates containing the packs of antioxidants which protects from oxidation.

(ii) Raisins:

Raisins contains fructose and water content. It nourishes the skin from dryness. Raisins helps skin from cleaning spots. We need to use raisins in early in the morning for btter results.

(iii) Figs:

Figs have a vast amount of fiber, antioxidants which helps the skin from environmental damage. Figs also noursihes the skin and makes our skin glowing.

(3) Best Vegetables:

(i) Sweet Potatoes:

Sweet Potatoes contains a huge amount of beta-carotene, that are helps in making our skin healthy. Sweet Potatoes also contains an antioxidants that also generating skin cells(regeneration).

(ii) Cucumber:

Cucumber is a hydrating vegetable which also contains silica, that helps in reducing wrinkles. They also helps us to strenthing the skin cells and tissues.

(iii) Avocados:

                    Avocados are very rich in healthy faty acids, which are very beneficial in smoothy skin and glowness. Avocados contains Vitamin E, which are very good in moisturizing our skin.
