Introduction:

As the age increases, so many changes occur in the human body. Along with those changes, our bones also become weak. That’s why over-age people face a lot of problems in walking,working, and to do many other things. Gradually, they get muscles and joints pain.

Today, I’ll discuss a home remedy that will reduce your joint and muscle pain:

Ingredients:                                                             Amount:

(i) Roasted Black Gram                                                                Half Kg (500 gm)

(ii) Rock Sugar                                                                                50 gm

(iii) Coconut                                                                                    120-150 gm

(iv) Almonds                                                                                   130 gm

(v) Dried Melon Seeds (Optional)                                             50 gm

Instructions:

First of all, pulverize all the ingredients mentioned above and mix as well. Store it in a air tight jar.

Eat 1 table spoon of this powder and drink a cup of lukewarm milk and take it only once in a day.

(i) It relieves musles and joint pain.

(ii) It is very rich in calcium and phosphorus which helps to produce strength to your bones and muscles.

(iii) This powder helps in better performance of metabolism, which protects our body from various illnesses.
