Ingredients: Quantity:
(i) Capsicum 500 gm
(ii) Chicken 250 gm
(iii) Potato Optional
(iv) Onion 1 Onion
(v) Garlic 4 to 5 pieces
(vi) Tomato 2 Tomatoes
(vii) Oil 1 Cup
(viii) Ginger 50 gm
(ix) Spicies (Salt,Red Pepper,Tumeric Powder,etc.)
Instructions:
Firstly, wash the capsicum, chicken, potato, onion, garlic, and tomato well. Then cut all these ingredients as you needed. Now, take a pan and put oil in it and add onion. Fry it until the onion shows the light brown color. Now, crush the garlic, ginger and tomato, and add it to pan. Now, add all spicies as you needed and also add chicken, potato, and capsicum. Finally, roast all these ingredients well and cover it for 10 minutes in low flame. Now, your dish is ready. Enjoy it!!
